Release July 1996: 2.1

This intermediate release contains a modified flatform parser for flatform-fSDL 16.1 (CoSy). Other differences:

• Identifiers in the flatform may be 4096 characters long. Idenfifiers in modules are still bound to 256 characters.
• Flatform file names that are arguments of the option -ff may be given without suffix .fdl. The same holds for IMPORTSDL statements in the specifications.
